Mariani & Associati Corporate Finance was founded in 2008 as a response to the crisis triggered by the U.S. mortgage subprime bubble, with the aim of providing Italian businesses with a service of excellence in the field of Corporate Finance Advisory.

Founded by Giuliano Mariani and Barbara Boni, leveraging on a network of independent and highly qualified professionals, Mariani & Associati Corporate Finance actively supports Italian entrepreneurs, providing assistance and guidance in strategic and share of mind issues as well as in the financial and operational management of their companies.

For more than five years Mariani & Associati Corporate Finance has been acting as Advisor to Italian companies of different size and sector of activity, with competence, transparency and passion.
